The TUV Rheinland GS Mark now brings together two of the well know TUV marks into one mark.
From the first of June 2006 all TUV Rheinland GS marks issued will use the new combined mark, this brings together the TUV GS Mark and the TUVdotcom mark into one new mark.
The GS part of the mark indicating that the product fully meets the legal safety requirements of the German market and the TUVdotcom uniquely identify the product by means of the TUVdotcom ID number.
The TUVdotcom number provides consumers with direct assess to the product approval information via the TUVdotcom website
