ATL Leading Workshop at Laboratory Informatics '06 On August 3rd, ATL's Director of Training and Validation, Steve Rayburn, will be leading a Post-Conference Workshop as part of Laboratory Informatics '06.
The Workshop, "Establishing Data Standards within the Laboratory", will take place at the Park Hyatt in Philadelphia, PA from 2:30pm - 5:30pm.
"Establishing Data Standards within the Laboratory" Workshop will cover such topics as; understanding the definition of data standard, uses for data standard within the laboratory and incorporating LIMS in the laboratory to assist with data standards.
Mr.
Rayburn has over 18 years of laboratory and laboratory automation experience and has served as ATL's Director of Training and Validation for 4 years.
Mr.
Rayburn has extensive experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Laboratory Automation from the analytical chemist perspective with expertise in evaluating laboratory performance and providing training to achieve laboratory improvements.
Laboratory Informatics '06 is designed to address the issues and newest applications and technologies that are impacting Laboratory Informatics.
