Purite, a UK manufacturer of high performance water purification equipment, has appointed Simon Charlesworth as sales and marketing manager - laboratory - UK and international
Simon Charlesworth was appointed on 3 July, and comes to Purite from ABS Wastewater Technology, where he was sales and marketing manager for four years.
He has a total of 12 years experience in the water treatment industry.
Brian Stother, managing director of Purite, said, "I am delighted to welcome Simon to the company.
"The appointment of a sales and marketing manager dedicated to the laboratory sector shows the commitment we have to this market, and the international nature of the role should provide him with many exciting opportunities and challenges ahead".
Charlesworth's responsibilities include increasing the company's focus on customer care in the UK, continuing the process of developing new and innovative products, analysing customer feedback to gain a greater understanding of overseas markets and assigning exclusive international distributors.
