Available as standard on HT Series II and Mega systems, SampleGuard temperature control from Genevac protects samples from any possibility of overheating when evaporation is complete
The heat input into evaporating samples on Genevac HT-Series II and Mega centrifugal evaporators can be controlled and is switched off automatically by SampleGuard before samples are dry, to ensure their integrity.
With this critical task automated operators are now freed to work on other tasks rather than watching samples dry.
Comprising two thermocouples and a unique temperature transmitter, attached to the rotor in the evaporation chamber, SampleGuard provides real-time feedback, thus allowing more accurate control of actual sample temperature.
SampleGuard probes can measure temperature at any point in the sample holder.
The probes can be used to accurately and reliably determine end-of-run, enabling the evaporator system to be easily set-up for optimal performance and automatic shutdown, making it an ideal productivity enhancing tool for the multi-user environment.
Years of experience in solvent evaporation and sample purification have allowed Genevac to produce a range of high-efficiency solvent evaporation systems that deliver high performance, ease of use, high reliability, and compatibility with most commonly used solvents and acids.
In consultation with clients around the world, Genevac focuses on developing real advances in evaporator performance, sample protection, ease-of-use and reduced maintenance.
