KSV Instruments and Lot-Oriel will run a series of enabling technology seminars in the UK in the week of 24-28 September 2006
They will focus on enlightening the audience to the broad spectrum of phenomena that can be successfully studied with KSV's range of instruments.
The seminars will cover theoretical background as well as applications and demonstration/use of actual instruments, ranging from contact angle devices to quartz crystal microbalance (QCM).
New developments include automated sample stages and liquid dispensers for contact angle determinations, and innovative QCM measuring cells that allow simultaneous ellipsometric, microscopic and electrochemical studies, as well as in situ measurement on Langmuir films.
