Instrument now has its five work stations, and the new slim-line design allows the instrument to be easily placed inside microbiological safety cabinets for work with bio-threat agents
Matrix MicroScience has announced the launch of the all new Pathatrix-Ultra, developed for the rigours of bio-threat, delivered to the food industry.
Pathatrix-Ultra has been optimised for ergonomic use with the latest in instrument design.
The instrument now has its five work stations in a line at the front of the platform and the new slim-line design allows the instrument to be easily placed inside microbiological safety cabinets for work with bio-threat agents.
The Pathatrix-Ultra consumable kits ensure a greater degree of sample enclosure with minimal hands on by the operator; incorporating additional operator safety features.
The new diverter valves, located at either end of the capture phase eliminate the need for disconnections during the washing and elution process, resulting in an improved sample throughput rate.
The ease of processing is greatly improved.
Adrian Parton, CEO of Matrix MicroScience said "We continue to strive to improve our products and following the successful introduction of our sample pooling products we are delighted to launch the Pathatrix-Ultra.
"The new design of instruments and consumables offers customers additional throughput and increased safety"
