Pure water specialist Elga is investing in a new customer services centre and headquarters as part of the company's strategy to deliver a broader range of services and value to its customers
In September 2006, Elga, the UK's leading supplier of water purification equipment and services to the pharmaceutical, scientific, healthcare and industrial sectors, will be relocating to a new 2400m2 corporate headquarters, Marlow International, an environmentally friendly award winning building, in the nearby town of Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
The relocation to Marlow completes a three year period of investment and transition for Elga, part of the Veolia Environnement group.
This commitment to customers in key markets follows recent, significant investment in a new production and logistics centre in Stoke-on-Trent, including Europe's largest resin regeneration and media conditioning centre to support the launch of the new Aquamove, mobile water treatment service.
Commenting on the recent investments Elga Process Water's managing director, Martyn Fisher, said: "The move to Marlow provides us with a great opportunity to deliver better service and value for our customers.
"The move will allow us to bring together our customer service departments which are currently split between two sites, several miles apart.
"Marlow not only means we can bring together customer services under one roof, but being local to our former site in Lane End also means we will retain the vast majority of employees and provide them with a modern environment in which they can deliver even higher levels of customer service."
