The centre promises to professionally service and calibrate pipettes to the original manufacturer specifications,and return them promptly to ensure minimum down time.
Laboratories can send anything from single pipettes to multiples of 10 for servicing.
They should be sent - decontaminated and with a completed decontamination certificate if required - to Anachem Ltd, Sky Business Centre, 9a Plato Business Park, Damastown, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15.
Pipettes should be packaged appropriately to avoid damage and include a purchase order for the type/level of service required. They will be returned in a re-usable box, suitable for the next service.
