Following a tough two years for the events sector, the organisers of CHEMUK 2022 were delighted to record a 15 per cent increase in visitors for the event at the NEC, Birmingham, on 11 and 12 May.
UK Industry Events, clocked 2811 visitors (excluding exhibitor staff) to its 2022 event, representing a 15% increase from CHEMUK 2021. The combined two-day attendance, including exhibitors, was recorded at 4044.
Ian Stone, MD of UK Industry Events, said: “With attendance numbers significantly up again, and with such an incredibly diverse attendance of industry professionals spanning the broad chemicals, chemical products and chemical user-industries, CHEM UK 2022 further reinforced its position as the ‘must attend’ event for the sector.”
