Miele scoops two ACT ecolabel accreditations

My Green Labs has awarded Miele Professional ACT ecolabel accreditation for two of its sustainable lab glasswasher products.
The PG 8583 Undercounter and the PLW 8617 Large Chamber laboratory glasswashers received the awards presented for solutions attaining high sustainable and environmental standards.
Miele professional stated that the PLW 8617 washer used up to 60% less water per load compared to previous models, while the PG 8583 washer processes up to 128 laboratory bottles per cycle to reduce resource consumption per unit.
Nadine Bellamy-Thomas, national account manager at Miele Professional, commented: “This further enhances our pledge of developing products that leave the least impact on the environment.”
