The collaboration brings together Abcam's expertise in antibody development and validation with EpiCypher's CUTANA™ ChIC/CUT&RUN technology, creating a comprehensive solution designed to help researchers generate high-confidence chromatin profiling data with greater consistency and reproducibility.
Epigenomics researchers often face challenges when analysing transcription factors and chromatin dynamics, particularly where limited sample availability and inconsistent antibody performance can affect data quality. The partnership aims to overcome these obstacles by co-developing rigorously validated reagents specifically optimised for ChIC/CUT&RUN applications, helping scientists achieve more dependable experimental results.
