Sulphate is increasingly required as a key parameter in waste water monitoring, usually in concentrations in the 500-10,000mg/l range.
Typically the analysis is carried out on either grab or composite samples in the laboratory by either ion chromatography or titration.
The ADI 2016 Titro Analyser from Applikon Analytical is designed to bridge the gap between the process and the laboratory by carrying out the analysis on line.
At the heart of the analyser is a precision burette and volumetric sampling system to provide laboratory accuracy within a robust, reliable analyzer.
The ADI 2016 Titro Analyser will provide analysis for sulphate at approximately ten minute intervals and report data in the required format.
Housed in an IP65 cabinet the ADI 2016 Titro Analyser is suitable for mounting within the process environment without further protection.
The colorimetric titration technique will equal if not exceed the performance of the laboratory analysis and can tolerate samples containing significant amounts of entrained solids.
