The robust, stainless steel case, single bolt fixing and four-pin Mil spec connector make the model 1080 simple to install even where space is at a premium.
The wide dynamic range of +/-500g, 10mV/g sensitivity across the frequency response extending from 80Hz to 5kHz and wide operating temperature range of -60 to +200C suit the 1080 to a variety of applications where high reliability and long life are needed.
The accelerometer requires a drive voltage of between 18 and 30volts DC and weighs only 135grams.
The single fixing bolt can be specified as either metric (M6) or imperial (1/4-28 UNF).
