Designed for the industrial, research, and higher education sectors, the new ESA Laboratories range of laboratory furniture is the result of customer feedback and extensive product research
A new division has been formed within Havelock Europa to cater specifically to the laboratory furniture market.
Operating as part of Havelock's ESA McIntosh subsidiary, ESA Laboratories will build on the group's experience in the market and benefit from ESA McIntosh's fully-automated factory, equipped with the latest state-of-the-art CNC machinery and equipment.
ESA Laboratories provides a complete design, manufacturing, and installation service for laboratories.
The laboratory furnishing range includes fixed or flexible benching systems, service ducts, reagent shelving and loose furnishings.
Also available is a wide range of certified fume cupboards and extraction systems.
"Our corporate ethos emphasises good service and customer satisfaction.
"Therefore our aim is to fulfil customer requirements and the demands of this market through a specialised division that fully understand the needs of this sector", said David Bennet, development director of ESA Laboratories.
The focus on service and reliability is a natural extension handed down through the group, as long-standing customer, Keele University, affirms.
According to the university's technical manager Allan Darlington, "The university has been a customer for many years and we have found ESA to be very reliable and very helpful, if ever there is a problem, it is sorted in a very efficient and professional way".
ESA says its success with customers can be linked to the consistency of its service ethos throughout the organisation and specialised expertise from the industry brought in to the division to uphold the ultimate in industry standards.
A specialist who has recently joined ESA Laboratories is Alan Garwood, who has extensive experience in the laboratory industry with Waldner and Luntri.
Garwood stated, "Many years of dealing with customers from the laboratory sector has led me to understand the need to tailor our products and offering to suit individual customer requirements.
"We are delighted to be offering ESA Laboratories's new 7000 range, which we believe is particularly well suited to UK requirements", said Iain Borthwick, director of ESA Laboratories.
Borthwick added, "Our furniture and equipment have already been successfully installed by us in a number of university, research, and industrial laboratories".
ESA Laboratories's efficient service and delivery is supported by an established network of sales managers and trained installers, along with experienced design and project management team to achieve the most cost-effective solution and fulfil project expectations.
The core ESA Laboratories product range is detailed in a 34-page catalogue, now available.
