The Optical Spectroscopy Division of Horiba Jobin Yvon has introduced a new Cathodoluminescence Universal Extension (CLUE) upgrade for Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEMs)
CLUE provides high resolution spectral information with the spatial resolution of an electron probe.
Full user control of software offers polychromatic and monochromatic Cathodoluminescence images, as well as advanced mapping.
CLUE is easily adjustable, with an optical design that allows users to work from the UV to IR wavelength ranges while maintaining optical quality.
Options are available for FAST spectral acquisition when working in CCD mode or high resolution spectral acquisition when working with a PMT.
CLUE integrates easily with Horiba Jobin Yvon's MicroHR and iHR spectrometers, Synapse CCDs, and PMT detectors for complete Cathodoluminescence analysis.
The automated MicroHR is a versatile short focal length large aperture spectrometer that is used as an imaging spectrograph or a scanning monochromator for fluorescence, photoluminescence or many other spectroscopic applications.
The MicroHR features a 140mm focal length, a 150nm to 15um wavelength range, depending on the grating and detector used, and 0.25nm spectral resolution.
Toroidal optics provide high imaging quality.
The iHR550 imaging spectrometer offers a combination of spectral quality, flexibility, robustness and ease of use that makes it the ideal general-purpose spectrometer for performing spectral measurements with quality results.
With a focal length of 0.55m, the iHR550 is designed to deliver superb image quality for spectral measurements, and offers the ability to perform multi-track experiments with up to 20 fibre inputs.
