The product is a new addition to DSM's line of voltage follower linear amplifiers and offers several performance features ideal for driving piezoelectric loads in actuators and stages.
Key product specifications include a maximum and peak current output of 90mA and three factory-configured output voltage ranges (-30/150V, -30/200V, +/-100V).
The product's bandwidth is greater than 5kHz (-3dB), and electrical noise on the output is approximately 2mV,rms.
Circuit protection includes over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection.
The VF-90 has also achieved FCC and CE certifications for product safety and emissions/immunity.
