Idaho Technology has announced the release of a series of food safety systems using the Rapid LT and freeze-dried assays for the detection of listeria, salmonella, E coli, and campylobacter.
These assays join ITI's growing portfolio of freeze-dried detection kits used in conjunction with the company's Rapid LT and Razor instruments.
The detection kits and instruments are used by food processing and production companies to ensure food safety.
