Symyx Technologies has announced the launch of its new client-directed and collaborative research services for life sciences; Bristol-Myers Squibb is its first customer
These services allow clients to access Symyx's installed base of parallel experimentation and testing capabilities through packaged offerings for solubility studies, polymorph screening, salt selection, co-crystallisation, API stability in liquid and solid formulations, excipient compatibility, organic synthesis and process optimisation.
Symyx recently signed a one-year agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb for the use of Symyx Research Services for solubility studies.
Symyx will perform solubility studies for Bristol-Myers Squibb through May, 2009.
