The OWISet optical delay line from Scitec Instruments Polska is a complete construction kit including optical components, high-precision linear stages and position controller.
The line can be customised by selecting alternative parts.
Optical access heights range from 58mm to 165mm.
Depending on the travel of the linear stage, delay options of 300ps to 1933ps are possible.
Using 2-phase step motors with a PS 10 position controller, a minimum step size of 0.26fs can be achieved, or 0.13fs with a PS 30 controller.
Using DC motors, the minimum resolution can be 3.3fs.
OWIS already offers six ODL versions, such as the ODL 86 for integration into an existing SYS 65 system and the ODL 19 for integration into a SYS 90 system.
Due to the high stability of the products, the optical delay line is particularly suitable for continuous operation.
