Lab M recently hosted a microbiology workshop in Budapest as part of an initiative to connect and exchange ideas with its customers.
The workshop, which took place on 11 September 2008, was aimed at forging closer bonds between the needs of the customer and the capability of Lab M.
Colin LeGood, export sales manager at Lab M, said: 'Delegates were given an inside look into how a commercial company researches and develops new products in line with customer needs and wants.
'In exchange, we received valuable feedback on cost, time and labour saving benefits of our products, and further insight into potential new product requirements.' Topics of discussion included the benefits of working with ISO standardised materials and 'novel' media such as Lab M's Harlequin range.
