Interscience has revealed the Scan 100, a colony counter that is equipped with an ergonomic hand-rest and Dark Field technology.
The company said that counting bacterial colonies with Scan 100 provides the following benefits: work comfort; adjustable touch surface; Dark Field technology with long-lasting LEDs; adaptability (reads Petri dishes from 55-150mm); and traceability - an integrated port allows the export of results to the user's choice of software (PC/Mac).
