Phlexglobal has enhanced one of its departments with the appointment of a head of global resourcing.
Paul Westnedge joins the company with more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
He is vice-chair of the Institute of Clinical Research's Resourcing Special Interest Group and joins Phlexglobal from CSL Recruitment and Consulting.
In his new role, Westnedge will be working to consolidate and strengthen the resourcing team, furthering client partnerships and looking to expand Phlexglobal's resourcing work in Europe.
He will also work closely with clients to maintain ethical recruitment standards within the clinical research industry.
The Phlexglobal resourcing department has more than 10 years of experience sourcing clinical professionals at a senior and executive level for the pharmaceutical, biotech and NHS industries.
The team works closely with candidates and clients to understand their requirements and to ensure the relevant personnel are supplied for a wide range of roles on a permanent or contract basis.
