Quantachrome Instruments is to exhibit its range of materials characterisation instruments at the 33rd International Conference and Exposition on Advanced Ceramics and Composites.
Visitors will have the opportunity to discuss their materials characterisation needs, particularly BET surface area, pore size, pore volume, true and bulk density, and water vapour sorption behaviour.
On show will be the Ultrapyc 1200e, fully automated gas pycnometer for accurate and precise determination of true solid density, which features web browser communication, making it compatible with Windows, Linux and Mac personal computers.
The International Conference and Exposition on Advanced Ceramics and Composites, organised by the American Ceramic Society, will be held on 18-23 January 2009 at the Hilton Beach Resort and Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.
It showcases research and product developments in advanced ceramics, armour ceramics, solid oxide fuel cells, ceramic coatings and bioceramics.
