DSPCon has strengthened its engineering team with the appointment of Anatoly Kotlarsky in the role of director of engineering and the promotion of Peter Bandy to product development manager.
Kotlarsky will spearhead DSPCon's international growth initiative through new product innovation and engineering leadership.
He will oversee all hardware, software and systems engineering management activities and brings more than 20 years of engineering and business experience to the company.
He is a recognised industry expert in the fields of real-time system design and development, digital signal and image processing, embedded systems, database engines, and data compression.
Pete Bandy brings almost a decade of product development experience to DSPCon.
He has recently been responsible for managing the company's Multiscope product line.
In his new position, Bandy will be responsible for accelerating the development of all of the company's new product initiatives as well as managing the existing product portfolio.
He will also oversee the day-to-day management of DSPCon's software development and hardware product engineering groups.
