Cell Projects has launched the Isohelix Buccalyse kit for extracting DNA from buccal swabs.
The kit is formulated to produce high yields of PCR-ready DNA using a single-step/single-tube method.
Benefits include reduced handling times of around 10mins, together with greatly improved yields of 2-4ug DNA from a single swab.
The kits are easy to use and require no centrifugation or solvent-based chemicals.
