Eclipse Scientific has built in Sittingbourne, Kent a laboratory that will specialise in microbiological testing and analysis for customers in the food, drink and water sectors.
The lab also houses Eclipse Scientific's main Legionella and water-testing services.
As with all of the Eclipse Scientific sites, the Sittingbourne centre is UKAS accredited to ISO:17025.
The lab's official opening will take place on 10 June 2009 and will include a tour of the site.
