Wyatt Technology has announced the introduction of a programme of free, on-demand webinars about light scattering and related technologies.
Designed to meet the increasing demand for scientific training on macromolecular characterisation instrumentation, Wyatt's online webinar series provides information about the company's light-scattering products and services.
The webinars can be viewed online by registering at the Wyatt Support Centre on the website.
Current webinars are available on the following subjects: high-throughput automated dynamic light scattering using the Dynapro plate reader; characterising protein-protein interactions with static light scattering and Wyatt Technology's Calypso automated protein association and aggregation system; characterising protein conjugates and their aggregates by light scattering; field flow fractionation combined with multi-angle light scattering.
Wyatt Technology said it has introduced the webinars in response to the growing interest in light-scattering technology.
Providing the material in an online and on-demand format provides scientists with an opportunity to easily learn more about the benefits of this technology for a variety of applications.
The company plans to add more webinar subjects as the programme expands.
Light scattering is a non-invasive technique for characterising macromolecules and a range of particles in solution.
In contrast to most methods for characterisation, it does not require outside calibration standards.
