The Mini laser diode module series from Laser Components has all the features of the Flexpoint series, such as protection against voltage peaks or reverse-voltage protection, but in a compact design.
The dot lasers are focusable and are available with an output power of 1mW or 4.9mW at a wavelength of 635 or 650nm.
The modules measure 15mm in length and 8mm in diameter.
They are housed in a potential-free aluminium housing that can be easily electrically integrated into a customer's system.
The modules require a supply voltage of 4.5-6V DC.
These modules may also be equipped with analogue or digital modulation or a control wire used for power adjustment.
