They are suitable for use in automated liquid handling workstations and each kit is designed for in-vitro quantification of the given gene target.
Multiple sequence alignments and validation of the kits ensure that they can detect the pathogen in question.
Each kit contains reagents for nucleic acid extraction, realtime-PCR detection (including specifically designed primers) and quality control.
By combining the kit with Aurora's Versa workstations, laboratories can fully automate the nucleic acid extraction, PCR setup and amplification process, reducing cost and operator error while increasing efficiency.
