Advanced Biomatrix, a provider of 3D life-science applications for tissue culture, cell assay and cell proliferation, has launched two matrix products: human fibronectin and human vitronectin.
Both products are highly purified attachment factors and are suitable for researchers who are conducting critical cell culture research.
They have shown to be effective with a variety of cell types and cell lines.
Fibronectin, offered in a 1.0mg package size, has a purity of more than 95 per cent and is formulated in a 20mM Tris-HCl solution containing 0.45M NaCl and 12 per cent glycerol.
Vitronectin, offered in a 0.1mg package size, has a purity of more than 95 per cent and is formulated in a 0.15M NaCl and 0,005M HEPES.
Human fibronectin and vitronectin are ideal for coating cell culture surfaces for specialised cell culture techniques and methods.
