ST Japan has added 2.100 high-quality Raman spectra to its existing collection, which now offers more than 10.100 Raman spectra of polymers, additives, solvents, pharmaceuticals and so on.
All spectra have been reviewed by trained spectroscopists, are taken from samples of high purity and are said to contain extensive sample information.
The databases are available in the common spectra formats and can be directly used with the existing laboratory instrument's search software - so researchers can continue working in their usual software environment and improve search results.
A five per cent discount is being offered on spectra databases until 30 November 2009.
