Oxford Instruments' NanoScience Ultra Low Temperature engineering team were runners up place at the 2009 British Engineering Excellence Awards ceremony.
The 'highly commended' award was made in the New Product of the Year (Mechanical) category for a Cryogen-free integrated dilution refrigerator Triton200.
