Presearch will sell United Chemical Technologies' (UCT) products in the UK after the two companies signed a distribution agreement.
UCT manufactures highly reproducible sample preparation products that give the chromatographer a consistent extraction technique.
UCT products are used in the forensic, pharmaceutical and environmental industry.
Its established brands include the Enviro-Clean dependable and rugged product for low-level environmental analyses; Clean Screen, the industry standard for mixed-mode solid-phase extraction for drugs of abuse and clinical drugs; and Clean-Up products, which are geared towards a variety of extractions.
UCT has recently developed and released the Clean Screen Xcel solid-phase extraction columns, which are designed to reduce the number of steps in the extraction, which therefore reduces the amount of time and solvent necessary to complete the sample cleanup.
