Torrey Pines Scientific has introduced the Model CO20 Echotherm HPLC column heater.
This new unit has a temperature range from room temperature to 90C, readable and settable to 0.1C.
The PID temperature control software regulates temperatures to +/-0.1C.
The company claims that the unit offers excellent temperature accuracy and stability and that there is a stable temperature indicator lamp on the front panel that lights up when the target temperature is stable.
The CO20 holds columns measuring up to 30cm in length by 1/4in or 3/8in in diameter in the mounting clips provided.
Larger-diameter columns can be used by removing the column clips that hold the smaller columns.
The CO20 features simple controls, a digital display of target and actual chamber temperatures, an injection counter and a 30-day timer with an alarm and a user-settable auto-off function.
The unit operates from 12VDC and comes with a bench-top universal power supply for use anywhere in the world, a three-wire AC line cord for the country of use, a counter cable, a 12-month warranty and an instruction manual.
The Model CO20 Echotherm HPLC column heater is UL, CSA and CE compliant.
