The Metrohm Titrando range of automated titrators can determine the salt content in food without using nitric acid.
The process is simple: the user places the sample in a beaker, adds warm distilled water then presses the 'Start' button.
The instrument then automatically performs the titration and then within two minutes provides a result on the screen, printout or PC.
