ERBI has announced the 2010 ERBI Annual Conference and Partnering Event, set to take place on 2-3 June at Hinxton Hall, Wellcome Trust, Genome Campus in Cambridge, UK.
The not-for-profit membership company said keynote speakers at the event will be Prof Nina Federoff, science and technology adviser to the US Secretary of State, US Department of State; and Prof Dame Julia Polak from Imperial College London.
The conference attracts leading industry experts from major pharmaceutical companies, plus international investors and life-science entrepreneurs, who will discuss issues of important in the sector.
It will comprise two main elements: conference and formal partnering.
The conference element includes keynote speeches by life-science influencers and more than 30 company presentations.
ERBI will also showcase leading products, services and technologies, providing first sight of the latest developments from Cambridge.
The partnering element, held throughout the event, offers delegates the chance to attend pre-booked, validated one-to-one meetings.
The ERBI Conference is said to provide an environment highly conducive to informal networking while maintaining quality by focusing on life-science companies and senior delegates.
