Bridge4Bio said that it uses its global consultant network to help life sciences and biotechnology companies progress their business growth plans faster, more efficiently and at a lower cost.
Swiss-based Xenometrix has recently used the services of Bridge4bio.
Xenometrix produces mutagenicity and cytotoxicity test systems for the use in molecular pharmacology, early stages of drug discovery, screening of chemical, cosmetic, alimentary or agrochemical compounds and for testing environmental water, soil, air or effluents.
'Bridge4bio has an established worldwide network in the field of life science and Xenometrix is looking for distributors of its products worldwide,' said Nicole Weiland-Jaggi, Xenometrix's chief executive.
'The company is now profiting from the worldwide relationships Bridge4bio has developed.
'At the same time Bridge4bio profits from the increasing turnover of Xenometrix.
'Bridge4bio analyses the situation of the marketed product as well as its sales possibilities in existing and new markets,' she added.
Another example of a Bridge4bio customer is mid-sized, privately owned company Serva Electrophoresis.
The company is based in Heidelberg, Germany and provides products for molecular and cell biology and protein analytics including electrophoresis to life scientists worldwide - through its distribution partners and also directly to end users.
'Serva's strategy is to grow its internal presence,' said Barbara Mueller, managing director of Serva Electrophoresis .
'We chose Bridge4bio because it offers experience in the life science research market and a broad knowledge of customers and technologies in use - so it can quickly identify new partners for Serva.
'As a globally acting networking platform, Bridge4bio enabled us to enhance our international presence by adding new distribution partners worldwide.
'The greatest savings in time and capacity achieved by the Bridge4bio service have been the screening and identification of distribution partners with a clear return of investment,' she added.
Bridge4bio will be exhibiting on stand number A3-380 at Analytica 2010, from 23-26 March 2010 in Munich, Germany.
