YMC Europe is offering the Binary Prep LC system from Kronlab for the isolation of components from human blood serum.
The company said every component in Kronlab's modular systems meets the requirements demanded by customers for an established procedure.
The result, according to YMC, is a made-to-measure system.
The following system configuration provides for a small to medium production system for an actual user requirement specification: Binary Prep LC system fractionation unit comprising two eight-port distribution valves for 15 fractions; several different Kronlab glass Pilot columns with 200mm and 300mm ID with certification of wetted parts; computer-based system control with Prepcon control software with threshold recognition, peak fractionation, overpressure shutdown and more.
In addition, the system engineering provided offers detailed documentation as well as appropriate qualification and support for IQ/OQ/PQ with customised protocols and conditions if requested.
Maintenance and service are performed by qualified scientists and trained technicians with experience in such systems.
