Corning has launched a new LSE line that includes liquid-handling, shaker, centrifugation and constant-temperature equipment for laboratory research applications.
The LSE line is the first new product line to be developed and launched following Corning's acquisition of Axygen.
It will include: variable-volume pipettors and pipette controllers, complementing Corning's line of pipette tips; mini-centrifuge and high-speed micro-centrifuge products, complementing the company's existing centrifuge products; vortex mixers, low-speed shakers, orbital shakers, and microplate shakers, complementing Corning's centrifuge tubes, glass and plastic Erlenmeyer flasks, and cell-culture sample chambers; and digital dry baths, complementing the company's microtubes, centrifuge tubes and 0.2-50mL sample tubes.
The line options will have input voltages of 115V and 230V and will feature plug types for the US, European and UK markets.
They will also include the required Conformite Europeenne (CE) and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) marks.
