CLC Bio is collaborating with Microsynth to support the Swiss high-throughput sequencing market in an agreement that includes the CLC Genomics Workbench.
Microsynth will provide all customers receiving high-throughput sequencing data with a license for CLC Genomics Workbench for assembly and downstream sequence analyses.
This will enable them to visualise their data and create meaningful biological results with confidence, the company said.
