Isotron is to host an education day in June 2010 to discuss the requirements of designing healthcare products for sterilisation.
The education day will feature talks from a range of industry experts including Smithers Rapra and Boston Scientific as well as Isotron in-house experts.
Topics for discussion will include a detailed overview of the various sterilisation processing techniques and their effects on polymers as well as the usage of electronic components.
The current regulatory requirements facing those involved with the manufacture and sterilisation of medical devices will also be addressed.
