Asylum Research has announced that its automated AFM/SPM Probe Store is now online, enabling simple search, sort, selection, quotation and purchase for a variety of probes.
Probe sort/search can be performed in seconds by application - for example, biology, force measurements, electrical probing and steep sidewalls; type - for example, contact, AC/tapping, coating and length; and by length, frequency, tip radius, composition/material and spring constant.
Asylum's Probe Store offers hundreds of different probe types for numerous applications, including Asylum's own line of probes, as well as probes manufactured by Olympus, Nanoworld, Nanosensors and Smarttip.
