Eclipse Scientific has expanded its food and drink testing services facilities with the extension of its Trowbridge lab, including enlarged media preparation and storage and sample analysis areas.
The extension of the Trowbridge laboratory has tripled the usable lab space at the facility, which was previously running at maximum capacity.
There is also increased chilled storage capacity and a larger pathogen laboratory has been built along with a sample receipt area and reception for visiting customers and suppliers.
The company has also invested in a new laboratory information management system to enable it to increase turnaround times at all locations.
