Cambridge Sensotec, an ISO9001-certified company, has launched the Rapidox OEM three-channel zirconia oxygen gas analyser, which can be used to provide oxygen measurements in furnaces or kilns.
The Rapidox OEM delivers precise oxygen analysis over the full oxygen range (10e-20ppm to 100 per cent O2).
The analyser has three separate channels and a fast response time and is accurate to +/-1 per cent of the actual oxygen concentration.
It is also possible to run two complete systems off one PC, giving the user access to a maximum of six channels.
The OEM unit is supplied in a metal housing and comprises three separate zirconia sensors on a 2m cable, which can operate at temperatures of up to 600C.
The cables can be extended to more than 25m if required using optional 4m extension cables.
The sensors are useful for oxygen measurements in vacuum conditions.
A range of common vacuum fittings is available.
Features include fully programmable alarms and analogue outputs (0-5V and 4-20mA), simple calibration and RS485 communications.
A full set of communications/data-logging software is included and a high-speed optically isolated RS485 adapter is supplied.
