Kronlab routinely develops and manufactures laboratory-scale glass columns from 5-80mm inner diameter, with volumes ranging from 0-5 litres.
It also manufactures pilot glass columns from 100-450mm inner diameter with volumes ranging from 0-150 litres.
Kronlab uses calibrated precision glass tubes (KPG) manufactured by Schott, which are available up to 1m in length.
Longer pilot columns can be produced by welding two tubes together (up to a maximum 2m length).
Other parts of the columns can be manufactured to customers' specific needs to achieve the required variability of the column volume.
Kronlab can also supply other special requirements, such as block valves to control flow and bubble traps.
