Biocision has signed a product distribution agreement with Sanyo E and E Europe that will see Sanyo market the Coolproduct portfolio range.
The Coolproduct range is a modular system of bench-top laboratory tools based on Biocision's technology for temperature change and control of bench-top biomedical samples.
Coolrack is a range of thermo-adaptive, cryotube, microfuge and PCR sample holders; Coolbox is a portable ice-free cooling and freezing sample management product; and Coolcell is an alcohol-free, no-maintenance device for precise, rate-controlled, 1C/min cell freezing.
Biocision's highly thermo-conductive Coolrack modules enable standardised bench-top sample cooling, freezing, snap freezing, heating and thawing.
Coolracks, along with Biocision's ice-free Coolbox system and Coolcell, bring portability and all-day uniform temperature control to the bench top.
Coolproducts are said to allow easy handling, organisation, protection and standardisation of samples, cells, and specimens, with applications in drug discovery, and basic and clinical research.
Users can benefit from high sample reproducibility and consistency.
