Fritsch has introduced the Pulverisette 25, a power-cutting mill for grinding soft to hard-tough samples, fibrous materials and plastics in applications such as waste recovery and disposal.
Other applications for Pulverisette 25 include the cutting and pre-crushing of garbage (non metallic), computer and electronic scrap, batteries, wood, plants, bones, horn, compacted sewage sludge, plastic profiles, rolling hides, rubber, leather, cardboard and coal.
Different configurations enable the system to be adjusted to the application, with a maximum feed-particle size of 120 x 85mm, throughput of up to 85kg/h and sieve inserts of 1-10mm.
For easy cleaning and changing of the sieve cassette, the cover is removable and the casing can be opened by a central shutter with one hand.
