Quantachrome Instruments has announced that customers using more than one Autosorb-IQ can now control up to four units from a single instance of the ASIQWin program on a single PC.
This is said to save valuable bench space and budget with multiple instrument control for surface area and pore size analysers.
The Autosorb-IQ model two (ship date 10/18/2010 or later) will have this feature as standard.
Version 1.11 of the software features additional kinetics data reduction features; up to eight consecutive curves can be overlaid on a single graph.
Kinetics (rate of adsorption) capability is standard on an IQ.
