Bio-Chem Fluidics will launch a line of Solenoid Isolation Valves and Electric Rotary Valves, to provide inert fluid paths for sample collection, loop injection or flow-path selection applications.
The valves' precision machining eliminates flow path restrictions and provides a lower pressure drop than conventional solenoid mixing valves.
They are designed for OEM customers with standard configurations matching the most commonly found applications.
The valves' 1/4"- 28 UNF fluid-port connections allow easy integration into the most sophisticated systems.
Solenoid Isolation Valves feature highly inert fluid paths for use with aggressive chemicals.
The valves' working parts are isolated from the corrosive fluid path with a flexible diaphragm, enabling longer operation.
Valves are available in a wide range of standard configurations optimised for OEM systems or customised to fit the exact application.
Standard valves achieve pressure ratings up to 30psi, while custom versions have been produced to withstand pressures up to 500psi.
The valves will be launched at booth 3027 at the Pitton 2011 Conference and Expo, taking place 14-17 March at Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta.
Pittcon 2011 marks Bio-Chem Fluidics' 25th anniversary of its first custom, inert solenoid valve for analytical chemistry instrumentation and the company will host a reception at the show to celebrate the occasion.
