Bluegnome has announced that its high-resolution Cytochip Cancer array is to be made available in a low-cost format suited for high-throughput research applications.
While the first release combined screening of known cancer regions with a high-resolution backbone on the company's 4x180,000 format arrays, the new release delivers the same gene content in a highly multiplexed format that enables eight samples to be screened on a single microarray, albeit with a slightly reduced resolution on the backbone.
